Terms of Service
Plain-language ground rules for working together: what we do, what we need from you, how pricing and ownership work, and what no one can honestly promise.
Effective October 9, 2026

The details.
Agreement
These terms govern your use of elitepathservices.com and any service ElitePath Services, LLC provides to you. By using the site or hiring us, you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.
A written proposal or statement of work for a specific project takes priority over anything on this page where the two conflict.
What we do
Our services include:
- Website design and build, on WordPress (Elementor, Divi, Slider Revolution, WooCommerce) or custom code (React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Python), plus custom apps and software.
- Search visibility work: technical and local SEO, AEO, schema, Google Business Profile, citations, and backlinks.
- Paid campaign strategy, setup, and management for Google Ads and social advertising.
- Social media content and management.
- Business support: LLC registration guidance through Sunbiz, D-U-N-S Number requests, logo and brand creation, bookkeeping, and tax-ready record preparation.
Enquiries, quotes, and pricing
The prices published on this site are starting points, not binding offers. A website “starting at $250”, a fixed logo price, a monthly package, or an annual SEO package becomes a firm commitment only once we confirm scope and you accept it in writing.
Quotes stay open for fourteen days unless we say otherwise. A project begins when you accept scope, price, and schedule in writing and pay any deposit we ask for.
What we need from you
You agree to give us the content, approvals, logins, and feedback a project needs, and to keep those accounts current and paid. Delays in approvals or missing content move delivery dates out by the time lost. If a deadline matters to you, tell us early and we will plan around it.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for holding the rights to the content, images, and brand assets you hand over.
Payment
Invoices follow the schedule in your proposal — typically a deposit to start and the balance on completion, or a monthly rate for ongoing work. Third-party costs such as domain names, hosting, premium plugins, stock licences, and ad spend are billed separately or paid by you directly to the provider.
Work may pause when an invoice passes its due date. Prepaid third-party fees are generally non-refundable because the provider has already been paid.
Advertising budgets
Our management fee covers strategy, setup, and optimisation. Media spend — the money that actually buys clicks — is paid by you to the advertising platform and is never guaranteed to produce a particular volume of leads or sales.
Ownership of the work
On final payment, the finished website, logo, and other deliverables created for your project become yours. We keep our own tools, templates, libraries, and know-how, and you receive a licence to keep using them inside your project.
Unless you ask us not to, we may show the finished work in our portfolio and case studies.
No guarantees
We work to accepted standards and tell you honestly what is realistic, but some outcomes are outside anyone’s control. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, lead volume, revenue, or ad performance.
A D-U-N-S Number identifies your business credit file; it is not credit approval, and lender decisions are theirs alone.
LLC formation is approved by the state, not by us. We help you file correctly; we cannot promise an outcome or a timeline we do not control.
Bookkeeping is not an audit, review, or assurance engagement.
Where an opinion requires a licensed professional — a CPA for certain tax positions, an attorney for legal advice — we will tell you and coordinate with that professional rather than substitute for one.
Third-party services and links
This site links to client websites, official guidance, and tools we do not operate. Their content, availability, and policies are theirs. We are not responsible for the acts of third-party platforms, including hosting providers, ad networks, and domain registrars.
Access and credentials
Keep your own account passwords private and enable two-factor authentication where it is offered. If you share access with us, we use it only for the work, and we hand back or retire that access when a project ends.
Ending the engagement
Either side may end the engagement with written notice. You pay for work completed and costs already incurred up to the end date; we deliver the work in progress and return any access we hold.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — lost profits, lost data, or lost business — and our total liability for a project is limited to the fees you paid us for it in the three months before the claim arose.
Indemnity
If a claim arises from content you supplied, your use of the deliverables, or your breach of these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs in defending it.
Governing law
Florida law governs these terms, and disputes are heard in the state or federal courts covering St. Lucie County, Florida. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the effective date at the top shows when. For anything here — or to ask for terms in writing before a project starts — email elitepathservices@gmail.com.
